Did you know that our team sports four agenda? Each one has its own “landing page” where you, as a Gartner seat-holder (required to access the following pages), get content targeted to your role and focus. This is a different way to interact with our analysts and research content. Our four agenda are as follows:
Data and Analytic Leaders (or Chief Data Officer)
This agenda provides content and guidance for you as the leader of the overall data and analytics strategy. This is not topical content, but research about the skills, how to be successful and effective at what you do.
Data and Analytic Programs
This agenda looks at the growing convergence of what was separately data, and analytics. This is the research that looks at how these two planets are slowing converging, overlapping, intersecting, and how you (as the data AND analytic leader) needs to look at levering and exploiting data in all its colors for increased business value.
Analytics and BI Modernization
This agenda drills down into the analytics side of the house and looks at the programs, projects, roles, best practices and technology needed for an effective analytics capability. Increasingly ideas from this agenda will bleed over to the “converged” agenda; some things will remain purely analytic centric. As you already know, its a fast moving and complex world. This agenda is focused on the head of analytics.

While you can “rate” this note online, please do send specific feedback to the author as well. We crave direct feedback on how to improve our work. I will pass on your feedback to the agenda manger. Thanks
