DataDistilleries B.V., a European provider of open analytical customer relationship management applications, wants to build a market base in North America. The company has marketing alliances with Siebel Systems, BroadVision and Accenture, as well as international customers ABN Amro and International Master Publishers (IMP). In 2000, a consortium led by Capital Z invested $24 million to accelerate DataDistilleries' international expansion, including its launch into the North American market.

DataDistilleries wants a global market because by 2005 IDC estimates that the CRM analytics market will surpass $1.5 billion in sales.
