After a year and a half writing this monthly CRM column, I have reached a point where I would like to embark on my own CRM initiative. To better serve you, provide more personalized articles and offer more relevant messages, I am asking you, the readers, for direct feedback.
Below is a short survey I would like you to fill out for me to use as the basis for crafting the next six to 12 columns. CRM has changed/grown/morphed dramatically over the past many months, and I am very interested in feedback about your main challenges, technology hurdles, business opportunities and organizational issues that may directly or indirectly impede your progress. The more specific you can be, the better, as I will go forth and do research for you and respond with relevant solutions.
