We are a service organization that handles campaign-based response (calls, e-mail and e-forms). At the moment, these channels are separated. We want to create an environment where we can integrate the response results of the three channels for integrated reporting and analysis. We do a lot of different campaigns for a lot of different clients. Do you know if there are solutions for service organizations that handle a lot of responses in a multichanneling, multiproject and multiclient environment?


Doug Hackney’s Answer: Yes, there are solutions available for this scenario. We are building a system to accomplish this goal for one of our dot-com customers with this challenge right now. Due to confidentiality, I can’t disclose the details in this forum. Your primary challenges will relate to timing and data point synchronization.

Chuck Kelley’s Answer: I don’t know of any off-the-shelf solutions, but many data warehouses have to solve the same problems. I would recommend finding a consultant or consulting organization that has indeed solved your problem before and use their knowledge to help your create your data warehouse.
