Q:  

We are a service organization that handles campaign-based response (calls, e-mail and e-forms). At the moment, these channels are separated. We want to create an environment where we can integrate the response results of the three channels for integrated reporting and analysis. We do a lot of different campaigns for a lot of different clients. Do you know if there are solutions for service organizations that handle a lot of responses in a multichanneling, multiproject and multiclient environment?
