Formerly the business and technology solutions practice of BDO Seidman, LLP, WaveBend delivers single- source solutions, designed to link overall business strategy with complex infrastructure and process requirements, to high-growth organizations. NuBridge Consulting was a Boston-based provider of e-business and Web-enabled CRM solutions for the high-tech, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare and utilities industries.

With the acquisition of the NuBridge consulting team, WaveBend is expanding its presence in the Web-enabled CRM technology arena to help clients build and deploy integrated suites of Internet-based solutions in such areas as collaborative e-hubs and personalization -- selling, servicing and marketing through consolidated access and views of customer history.
