VMC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Volt Information Sciences, Inc., announced the launch of a dedicated training division, VMC University. The new company-wide program serves as the central point for all internal and external training needs in VMC's core service delivery areas of product development, enterprise consulting and services and customer contact services (CCS).

This multifunctional training organization develops and delivers in-house and custom-designed external training programs for a broad spectrum of customer engagements. Its initial focus will be on inbound and outbound call center business models and processes.
