WorkSmart Engage is designed to provide independent insurance agencies with secured workspaces to share and collaborate on client and policy documents, and team communications in real-time. The product the first and only insurance-specific cloud-based collaboration tool, according to Vertafore.

The Engage module is part of Vertafore’s WorkSmart solution, which is a workflow and file management system that taps into the agent’s management system to enable agencies, carriers and MGAs to communicate and share work in real-time.
