Ventiv Health, Inc. announced the launch of its Total Data Solutions Division (TDS) as an independent service, providing client customers with a complete package for data collection and management of field sales activity and performance.  This complements Ventiv's full suite of customized sales, marketing, and compliance solutions available to clients as part of an integrated or independent business solution.

"Getting industry specific platforms and integrated data to measure the effectiveness of our promotional efforts is an important element to the successful execution of our business plan and we are pleased to be working with Ventiv," said Jon Hee, vice president of commercial affairs at Santarus, a specialty pharmaceutical company based in San Diego, California, that is utilizing the TDS services in connection with the deployment of its sales force to assist with a planned product launch.
