Boston, Mass., Dec. 4, 2000 – Vality Technology, a provider of enterprise data quality management software and consulting services, introduced a new version of INTEGRITY eSearch with major enhancements to promote customer loyalty, increase online catalog sales and facilitate site administration.

According to Jupiter Communications, 48 percent of buyers cite the ability to search and find products on a Web site as the leading factor that will spur future online purchases. Earlier this year, Vality addressed the search problem with INTEGRITY eSearch. This latest release takes INTEGRITY eSearch to the next level – making it easier for companies to personalize Web catalogs based on previous queries entered by individual customers and provide more accurate and reliable product information, improving the customer experience and driving more transactions.
