Epsilon, a leading relationship marketing provider, entered into a relationship with Unica in the summer of 2002, accruing significant benefit for its hosted customers through its offering of the Affinium Suite.

Today, Epsilon hosts Affinium for more than seven clients with databases ranging in size from 3 million to 40 million records in the healthcare, hospitality, publishing and fundraising industries, including National Geographic Society and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. With Affinium, Epsilon assists these leading marketing organizations in the execution of over 2,000 marketing promotions and the delivery of over 400 million targeted, multichannel contacts yearly.

Since partnering with Unica, Epsilon also began converting several Xchange customers to Affinium. With the announcement of the sale of Xchange's assets in February 2002, Epsilon clients turned to their trusted advisor for guidance. Working with Unica, Epsilon developed an Affinium migration program that has enabled its clients to develop campaigns much more rapidly. As a result, clients are saving time and money and Epsilon has increased the efficiency of its managed, marketing operations.
