The acquisition of Open Market by divine is set to close by the fourth quarter, executives for both companies are reporting.

Divine announced on Aug. 16 that it was acquiring Open Market, a developer of e-commerce and content management systems, to strengthen its enterprise portal business. The value of the stock deal is about $59 million.
