Slowly, but surely is how a new survey from Evans Data Corp. describes how companies are rolling out mobile database applications. The survey included results from more than 600 companies.

Of that total, just over 38 percent have a mobile database access program in place or expect to roll one out in the next 12 months. But the study also reveals that almost one quarter of those polled – 22 percent – have no plans to deploy mobile applications.
