New York, N.Y., Aug. 28, 1999 – The CRM FAQ announced the availability of the CRM Global Communications Network, a Web and e-mail-based resource for CRM professionals, students, press and those with an interest in customer relationship management solutions, technologies and issues.

The CRM Global Communications Network is a not-for-profit project of the FAQ Volunteer Consortium and is comprised of a series of listserv discussion forums which are designed to be utilized as a cafeteria-style, “modular” system, allowing subscribers to select a customized combination of discussions which fit very specifically into their areas of interest and expertise. There is no cost to join, and more than 25,000 subscribers from six continents regularly participate in the FAQ Volunteer Consortium’s various communication forums.
