Teradata, a division of NCR Corporation, announced during the company’s user group conference, PARTNERS, that the latest version of its customer relationship management (CRM) solution, Teradata CRM Version 5, is now generally available for customers. This announcement follows the official launch of the product in April of this year.
Teradata CRM Version 5 has been enhanced to better identify industry- specific business opportunities, further extend right-time communication capabilities and drive value more effectively by including an automated implementation and migration process and improved interfaces to quickly enable users to learn how to use and create value from the tool. In addition, all functionality has been consolidated into eleven modules (from 20 originally) to facilitate ease of use.
A number of additional customers in the travel and transportation, financial and healthcare industries are actively implementing or are in the process of migration and are expected to complete their implementations over the next few weeks.
