About 25 percent of development managers at companies with more than 2,000 employees believe that the biggest obstacle to open source development is the lack of standards, according to new research from Evans Data Corp.
That number, however, has declined over the last six months when over one- third of the development managers surveyed saw a lack of standards development as their biggest problem.
