While most analysts are reporting sharp drop-offs in information technology spending in 2001, and forecasting that the market will remain down until at least the middle of next year, there still are indications that the sector will again shine.
In its recent survey of 100 decision markers in the United Kingdom, Germany and France, AMR Research Inc., a Boston-based analysis firm, says 80% of respondents had no change in their attitudes, or investment plans, for e- businesses.
