June 24, 2008 - SPSS Inc., a worldwide provider of predictive analytics software and solutions, was recognized by industry analyst firm Nucleus Research for providing the technological advancements that led to Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) winning a 2008 Nucleus Research Technology ROI Award. Its the second consecutive year SPSS has shared this honor with one of its customers.
Truckee Meadows, one of the nations 50 fastest-growing community colleges serving 10,000 or more students and based in Reno, Nevada, recorded an astounding 691 percent return on its investment according to the Nucleus Research ROI assessment. Rebecca Wettemann, vice president of research at Nucleus Research, said, With an ROI of 691 percent, Truckee Meadows Community College is an excellent example of how an organization can use SPSS Predictive Analytics software to deliver impressive ROI and realize key benefits, such as improved class demand prediction and enrollment prediction accuracy.
