Siperian, Inc., a leading customer data integration solution provider, announced it has acquired Delos Technology, a developer of information reliability software. Siperian will integrate Delos’ CMX (Consolidate, Manage and eXchange) product into its existing customer data integration solution by the end of the year, offering companies the most trustworthy customer data foundation upon which to deliver actionable 360 degree customer views in operational settings and up-to-date and reliable customer data in analytical applications.
Under the terms of the agreement, Siperian will maintain its corporate headquarters in San Mateo, California, while retaining Delos Technology’s Toronto, Ontario office. Darlene Mann, Siperian’s CEO, will continue to lead the company’s operations as it delivers tailored solutions to the pharmaceutical, financial services and high-technology industries.
