Siperian, Inc., a leading customer data integration solution provider, announced it has acquired Delos Technology, a developer of information reliability software. Siperian will integrate Delos’ CMX (Consolidate, Manage and eXchange) product into its existing customer data integration solution by the end of the year, offering companies the most trustworthy customer data foundation upon which to deliver actionable 360 degree customer views in operational settings and up-to-date and reliable customer data in analytical applications.

Under the terms of the agreement, Siperian will maintain its corporate headquarters in San Mateo, California, while retaining Delos Technology’s Toronto, Ontario office. Darlene Mann, Siperian’s CEO, will continue to lead the company’s operations as it delivers tailored solutions to the pharmaceutical, financial services and high-technology industries.

Integrating customer data is a complex, expensive process that often requires the use of data quality and ETL tools, which have proven to be just one piece of the puzzle in delivering data reliability. Siperian’s hybrid approach for delivering a complete customer data integration solution combines new innovations with existing technologies that specifically address customer data integration issues. Siperian’s Master Reference Manager (formerly Delos Technology’s CMX platform) uses sophisticated trust algorithms to dynamically determine which overlapping and conflicting enterprise information is most reliable from various source applications. Based on business rules, it produces a master reference store to automate the ongoing consolidation of reference data from disparate systems. Siperian’s Activity Manager then organizes all available information across physical sources into comprehensive customer profiles and triggers automated processes that deliver real-time recommendations and alerts. The new integrated solution lowers data management costs, increases organizations' ability to adhere to regulatory compliance initiatives, improves customer interactions and drives overall better business results by arming organizations with an accurate 360 degree view of every customer.
