Siebel Systems, Inc., a leading provider of business applications software, announced that CRM Magazine has named the company the winning vendor in the Enterprise CRM and mid-market CRM categories of the publication's 2004 CRM Leaders Awards. Siebel Systems was also named a market leader in marketing performance management and a company to watch in CRM analytics. CRM Magazine presented Siebel Systems with the award at DCI's Customer Relationship Management Conference last week in San Francisco.

CRM Market Leaders ranks the top vendors in eight categories based on a combination of weighted criteria, including revenues and revenue growth, market share, reputation for customer satisfaction and depth of functionality.
