The new service includes sales force automation, customer support management and marketing automation components for a monthly subscription fee of $50 per user per month.

Application features include faster Web access, customization and personalization, tracking/reporting/analysis and forecasting features and wireless access. Registered customers include Time-Warner's Road Runner Division,, Berlitz International, Siemen's Power Transmission & Distribution, Putnam Lovell Securities, R.L. Polk, Convergent Communications and Stonebridge Technologies.
