Salesforce.com, a developer of enterprise applications as online services, is rolling out its first customizable online customer relationship management service. The new Salesforce.com service includes sales force automation, customer support management and marketing automation components for a monthly subscription fee of $50 per user per month.

Application features include faster Web access, customization and personalization, tracking/reporting/analysis and forecasting features and wireless access. Registered customers include Time-Warner's Road Runner Division, Neoforma.com, Berlitz International, Siemen's Power Transmission & Distribution, Putnam Lovell Securities, R.L. Polk, Convergent Communications and Stonebridge Technologies.
