Responsys Inc., a developer of interactive customer relationship management (iCRM) programs, is acquiring NetAcumen, a Web site analysis and intelligence company based in Burlingame, CA. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With the combined technology platform, Responsys says businesses can integrate customer profile data from their two most critical online customer communication channels – e-mail and Web sites – and apply their customer profile data to extremely personalized digital interactions. The Responsys platform also integrates data from different CRM systems.
