The Relizon Co. has completed its acquisition of Epsilon, a developer of customer relationship management, data mining and data analytics applications. The deal for Epsilon, a privately held firm with 2000 revenues of approximately $120 million, was valued at $189 million.

The two companies will combine their CRM initiatives and Epsilon CEO Corey Torrence will head up the new unit. “Epsilon’s experience and expertise in direct and database marketing (particularly data mining and data analytics) will allow us to offer a more robust set of marketing solutions,” says Relizon CEO Rodney Hedeen.
