Recruitmax, a global provider of workforce management technology solutions, announced the launch of its Data Intelligence Group (DIG).  Recruitmax DIG is composed of several in-house technology experts and certified professionals who will focus on business intelligence and the execution of data management best practices including proven methodologies for seamless data migration and integrations across business applications.

"Feedback from our enterprise customers indicates that one of the primary productivity challenges for global companies is the need to eliminate disparate silos of information," said Derek Mercer, Recruitmax's Founder and CEO.  "By giving employees immediate access to all relevant information through their Recruitmax solution and better aligning their technologies, our customers are able to realize significant productivity gains that impact the bottom line and help companies further differentiate themselves through their people."

In addition to facilitating seamless integrations, Recruitmax DIG will focus on providing customers with access to information that will enable strategic planning and provide visibility into every aspect of the workforce using quantitative analytics. With access to the right information, business executives have the opportunity to make strategic connections between HR initiatives and business results. "Integrated talent management is a real initiative, led from the top, and underway in many of today's leading organizations," said Allan Schweyer, executive director of the Human Capital Institute. "Boards of directors and senior executives are taking a direct interest as it evolves from a human resources issue to a critical part of corporate strategy."

Members of Recruitmax's Data Intelligence Group represent more than a century of collective experience with an assortment of HR software applications.  Recruitmax has more than 300 live integrations from over 35 unique applications with a 100 percent success rate.  Earlier this year, Recruitmax received an SAP Integration Certification for the integration of the new Recruitmax HRIS/S Module with the MySAP HR Collaborative Recruitment Interface. The seamless connection between the workforce management applications allows mutual Recruitmax and SAP customers to access information across technology platforms, providing visibility throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

"We take great pride in having the best technology infrastructure, development, delivery and integration teams," said Angel Cabrera, Recruitmax CTO.  "Our Data Intelligence Group demonstrates our commitment to provide our enterprise customers with strategic solutions for creating and retaining a superior workforce - it's all about the people."
