Recruitmax, a global provider of workforce management technology solutions, announced the launch of its Data Intelligence Group (DIG). Recruitmax DIG is composed of several in-house technology experts and certified professionals who will focus on business intelligence and the execution of data management best practices including proven methodologies for seamless data migration and integrations across business applications.

In addition to facilitating seamless integrations, Recruitmax DIG will focus on providing customers with access to information that will enable strategic planning and provide visibility into every aspect of the workforce using quantitative analytics. With access to the right information, business executives have the opportunity to make strategic connections between HR initiatives and business results. Members of Recruitmax's Data Intelligence Group represent more than a century of collective experience with an assortment of HR software applications. Recruitmax has more than 300 live integrations from over 35 unique applications with a 100 percent success rate. Earlier this year, Recruitmax received an SAP Integration Certification for the integration of the new Recruitmax HRIS/S Module with the MySAP HR Collaborative Recruitment Interface. The seamless connection between the workforce management applications allows mutual Recruitmax and SAP customers to access information across technology platforms, providing visibility throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
