ISIS Papyrus Software released Papyrus Platform V7, a solution for business process and content management based on service consolidation. The latest release of the Papyrus Platform offers the User-Trained Agent (UTA), a solution that uses real-time machine learning for automated business process discovery and continuous process optimization and adaptation.

SunGard announced the launch of Ambit, a new brand and a new software strategy for its banking solutions. Ambit provides banking professionals with software solutions that support front-, middle- and back-office operations, as well as solutions for financial management, risk and compliance. Ambit’s functionality covers areas such as: core banking, customer service management, multichannel and branch delivery, card management, reporting and document management.

 

Tableau Software announced the availability of Tableau Reader, a free software application that enables anyone to view, interact with and print analyses and dashboards created in Tableau Desktop. The company also announced the addition of more than 25 free “Visual Example” analytical workbooks viewable with Tableau Reader.

 

Thunderstone Software LLC has announced the availability of new Thunderstone Search Appliance Connectors. The Connectors make it easy for Thunderstone's Search Appliance customers to create search-based applications across a broad array of enterprise content. The Thunderstone Search Appliance provides a plug-and-play search solution that can handle more than 1,000 queries per minute.

 

XyEnterprise has released an update to their Contenta S1000D content management software that provides expanded support for the S1000D specification. Contenta S1000D provides an integrated workflow that can clearly distinguish between work-in-process and approved or published content. It can control access to data modules based on user roles and project status, provide locking mechanisms to prevent inadvertent parallel editing, and provide reports on due dates and status throughout the entire editorial and publishing process.
