Axios Products, Inc. announced the availability of RefWiz History, an analysis tool that identifies active jobs and programs in the mainframe environment, critical for conversion, migration, consolidation and audit projects. A standalone component of the RefWiz application analysis product suite, RefWiz History saves analysis time and assures analysis and auditing processes are more complete. RefWiz History is comprised of three components: Online History, Schedule History and Change History.
DocuLex and dtSearch announced an email archiving extension to DocuLex’s Archive Studio product line. DocuLex’s WebSearch component with embedded dtSearch Engine can now pull inbound and outbound email from a Microsoft Exchange Journal mailbox, further expanding the product suite’s document management and archival capabilities.  
Embarcadero Technologies announced a set of new and enhanced performance optimization tools to help companies detect, fix and prevent a range of costly software errors that will improve the performance, availability and scalability of software systems. These tools include J Optimizer 2009 for Java profiling and optimization, DB Optimizer 1.5 for SQL profiling and tuning, and Performance Center for automated 24/7 database monitoring. These complementary performance optimization tools enable the profiling and fine-tuning of Java and SQL code from the Java application layer down to the database layer, facilitating code development and detection of issues before an application or database query goes into production. 
Lawson Software announced the general availability of Lawson S3 Point of Use, a software application that helps keep health care supplies in stock while providing tools to more accurately capture patient charges. The new application records when employees pull items from supply shelves and then synchronizes with Lawson Procurement to reorder supplies before they are out of stock. By automating the supply replenishment process, Lawson S3 Point of Use can help save time and reduce manual and redundant work for hospital staff.    Sun Microsystems, Inc. launched new products and technologies in its Open Network Systems strategy that deliver gains in application performance, with efficiency and scalability to maximize the economics of computing for data centers and clouds. Sun's roll-out of new offerings spans the data center and includes a new advanced blades architecture, new networking technologies and seven new systems based on the Intel Xeon processor 5500 series. 
Teradata Corporation announced the introduction of Accelerate for Demand Signal Repository for consumer product companies and other manufacturing organizations that sell directly to retailers. Accelerate for Demand Signal Repository can be put into production in 60 days, enabling companies to promptly realize business value from their data warehouse investment. The new repository is integrated with demand data analytics solutions from Teradata partners, Shiloh Technologies, Relational Solutions and Vision Chain’s SAP-endorsed business solution. 
Terracotta announced the availability of Terracotta 3.0, a significant upgrade that delivers 300 percent increase in throughput and reduces database load by up to 60 percent for applications. Terracotta 3.0 enables its customers to protect their investment in database infrastructure by empowering them to make informed decisions on whether information should be placed in a database or managed within Terracotta. 
tyBit Unified Search announced the release of the foreign language version (0.3.10.3) of its toolbar. In order to reach as many people as possible, tyBit extended its toolbar to include seven foreign languages, including French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese and Chinese (in both traditional and simplified forms).
