New York, N.Y., June 19, 2000 – PricewaterhouseCoopers and Siebel Systems, Inc., announced a global strategic alliance that will further expand their ability to offer integrated solutions to clients seeking e-business and customer relationship management (CRM) products and services.

With its status as a global strategic partner – the highest tier within the Siebel Alliance Program – PricewaterhouseCoopers builds upon its three-year alliance and extensive experience with Siebel Systems, sharpening its focus on the e- business marketplace worldwide.

Within their expanded alliance framework, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Siebel Systems will collaborate on a number of important new initiatives such as PricewaterhouseCoopers' eCRMLive centers in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. In addition, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Siebel Systems will jointly establish an engineering laboratory located at Siebel Systems' headquarters in San Mateo, California, to embark on joint marketing initiatives worldwide and continue to provide industry-specific solutions aimed at communications, energy, financial services, pharmaceutical and public sector clients.
