Pivotal FastPath is an innovative offering that enables companies to get started quickly with their CRM initiatives. Using a set of best practices that are codified in a comprehensive Business Process Guide, Pivotal Professional Services works directly with customers and guides them through a series of configuration choices and options. Once each set of configuration choices are made, the Pivotal CRM system is immediately configured to reflect those choices before moving to the next step. The entire step-by-step process can be completed in as little as 20 days at minimal cost. A key benefit of this approach is that future enhancements or modifications to the system can be based on the actual use of the software versus the assumed needs of the users. Pivotal FastPath includes configuration workshops, application development, data conversion, training, user acceptance testing, end user training, and project management.
