KXEN, a global provider of next generation predictive and descriptive analytics software, announced the enhancement of the Pivotal CRM solution with new scoring and segmentation capabilities, allowing users to further reinforce their customer knowledge and optimize their marketing. The move follows the signing of a strategic agreement between KXEN and Pivotal's parent company, CDC Software.
The KXEN scoring and segmentation components (K2R and K2S) will be integrated into Pivotal's CRM solution for large and medium-sized businesses. The integration will allow consolidation of scores directly within the Pivotal environment, allowing the segmentation of particular customer behaviors.
Users will benefit from improved targeting for their campaigns, allowing them to increase ROI, customer loyalty and value while reducing risk.
