Pilot Software announced the immediate availability of PilotWeb 2004 Summer, a packaged and customizable Web channel performance management solution that rapidly aligns online execution with strategy. Based on Pilot's technology and hundreds of Web channel deployments, PilotWeb includes interactive strategy plans, initiative management, scorecards and dashboards, reporting and ad hoc analysis, and modeling and integration. In addition, to help customers immediately reap the benefits of aligning execution with Web strategy, the solution includes templates for some of the most prevalent Web channel business models -- including lead-generation, branding/awareness and customer support -- that include suggested strategy plans along with corresponding scorecards, KPIs, dashboards and reports.

PilotWeb is designed to help companies realize the promise of their Web sites by aligning Web channel execution with strategy through motivating, managing, monitoring and measuring in order to rapidly align online execution with strategy and achieve Web objectives; provide relevant and accessible information to all users and encourage acceptance and regular use throughout the Web organization; enable quick deployment with continual evolution so customers can begin aligning execution with Web strategy immediately; and provide an integrated, yet modular, operational alignment framework that alleviates future integration issues as organizations require additional functionality.

In addition, PilotWeb's standardized KPI repository increases the accuracy and consistency of key performance metrics, freeing up resources to improve future performance rather than interpreting past performance.
