PeopleSoft will deliver PeopleSoft 8.8 CRM before year end. Release highlights include a multichannel solution for e-mail and live chat, three new industry solutions and numerous enrichments to its suite of embedded analytics.

PeopleSoft 8.8 CRM Advisor helps customers, sales reps and customer service agents achieve better service and lower costs of selling through interactive Q&A capability, automatic mapping of customer requirements, and integration of known facts about customer needs with facts uncovered through dynamic profiling. Version 8.8 also offers real-time insight, real-time correspondence management, an e-mail response management system and enhanced embedded analytics.

With PeopleSoft CRM industry-specific solutions, customers in energy, high technology or insurance industry are able to tailor and configure the solutions to meet their specific requirements.
