Alerts, Inc. announced today immediate availability of Pearl Diver PlatformTM 3.1, the latest version of the companys alerting software. Designed to help companies leverage the value in their information assets, Pearl Diver 3.1 enables companies to enhance their decision making, improve customer service, and increase profits.
Key to the new release is the ability to easily monitor multiple information sources in a single alert, allowing the user to specify values from multiple pieces of data in multiple data sources.
