Optima Technologies, Inc., a software solutions provider, announced a joint services agreement with The Beacon Group, a worldwide provider of sales and marketing research, consulting and training services, with best practices in their licensed materials titled SalesProcess.com. The new alliance will blend Beacon Group’s worldwide sales and marketing research and best practices with Optima’s Top 15 industry-ranked customer relationship management (CRM) and sales force automation (SFA) solutions software.

Optima offers technology tools and expertise developed over a decade creating customized CRM and SFA applications for a broad array of industries. The Beacon Group has worked on a global basis since 1994 in 21 countries and with materials translated into eight languages to help companies identify and implement sales and marketing best practices. “The days of lengthy and expensive customized SFA and CRM applications for small to mid-size companies are now gone,” says Carl Erickson, founder and managing partner of The Beacon Group. “With Optima at our side, we can help clients start their CRM and SFA application development with templates of best practices in their industry that cuts both the time and cost of implementation – resulting in a much higher return on investment (ROI).”
