A Massachusetts venture capital firm is betting $75 million that there is a growing market for enterprise portal servicing and consulting. Radius Capital Partners LLC says it will use its resources to launch a program called the Radius Merger Program and is focused on acquiring information technology services firms in the $8 million to $25 million annual revenue range with consulting practices and integration services in business intelligence, knowledge/content management, as well as integration experience in enterprise applications, enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management and supply chain management.

“We are going to be making buyout offers to companies that appreciate the fact that shareholder value is built through the ups and downs of underlying technological cycles,” says Moses Grader, the Radius executive in charge of making the acquisitions.

Radius says that it expects to make up four mergers in Boston, New York, Washington, D.C., Atlanta and Chicago by July.
