Autonomy Corporation plc announced the availability of Autonomy Social Media Governance. The solution is designed to monitor, govern and protect organizations across social media channels. Autonomy Social Media Governance extends Autonomy's  supervision, policy and compliance platform.

ConnectWise released Phase 3 of ConnectWise 2010, a business operating system designed exclusively for IT service providers. New features include more sophisticated reporting and tracking for marketing campaigns, enhanced Web portal for customers, scheduling/service improvements and more.

Digital River, Inc. introduced significant advancements to the administrative technologies for its global enterprise e-commerce solution. The enhancements include more intuitive reporting dashboards and analytic tools, significantly enhanced site optimization capabilities, an advanced event calendar to manage and monitor marketing launches and a new self-service toolset with wizards, in-page instructions and best practice information.

dynaTrace software announced the extension of its Continuous APM System to business transaction management. This latest release extends dynaTrace’s Continuous APM system to provide an enterprise-class BTM solution with the following enhancements: new legacy-tier agents extend dynaTrace’s industry-leading PurePath technology into C/C++, Cobol and other custom applications; new web tier agents extend PurePaths into Apache and IIS Web servers; production deployment enhancements with self-adaptive system monitoring make dynaTrace easier to deploy and manage in complex production environments; transaction and topology visualization brings visibility into distributed, service-oriented applications, revealing interdependencies in even the most complex and dynamic virtualized and cloud environments; and new deployment FastPacks for IBM WebSphere MQ and Amazon EC2 Cloud monitoring make dynaTrace even easier to implement, providing faster time-to-value.

Iron Mountain Incorporated announced the availability of LiveVault 7.0, a solution designed to meet the application and server backup needs of midsized companies. Iron Mountain’s cloud-based data protection solution comes with increased scalability to protect large servers and environments and built-in data deduplication technology.

Oco, Inc. announced a major upgrade to its software as a service business intelligence solution. Oco 4.0 features several enterprise SaaS BI innovations, including: enhanced global deployment, enterprise SaaS BI “mash-up” support and turn-key SAP data integration. Oco 4.0 now integrates with the recently launched SAP BusinessObjects BI OnDemand to provide ad hoc analytics and reporting needs to customers.

Perceptive Software released ImageNow 6.5, including records and information management, eForms and business intelligence products. The latest release rounds out Perceptive Software’s enterprise content management offerings as well.

SunGard launched MarketMap, a multiasset, market data, analysis and information services solution in the U.S. MarketMap is a global solution providing data from 160 global exchanges, news feeds and over-the-counter sources. MarketMap helps firms reduce market data infrastructure costs, gain transparency into exchange data usage and improve efficiencies by allowing easy distribution of data to internal employees, branches or external customers. It can also incorporate proprietary data and integrate market data with trade analytics, execution, processing and other applications.

Sybase, Inc. announced the scheduled general availability of Sybase IQ 15.2, the latest version of its analytics server. With full text search, query federation and web-enabled analytics, Sybase IQ 15.2 delivers faster and consistently more accurate business answers and reporting by turning raw data into actionable information through analytics.

SysAid Technologies Ltd. launched its latest version of help desk software, SysAid IT 7.0, featuring a new SLA/SLM module, a fully integrated SysAid task calendar and 130 new capabilities to help IT professionals better manage their IT infrastructure and provide improved service.

Vertica announced the newest version of the Vertica Analytic Database, is now commercially available worldwide. Vertica 4.0 includes a host of new features making the product simpler and faster. A new patent-pending database designer automatically delivers the full benefits of Vertica's performance, on any hardware platform, with the simplicity of an appliance. Vertica's purpose-built, modular MPP architecture enables rapid development of workload management and analytics including time-series and sessionization capabilities supporting a broader variety of applications, while the new patent-pending Optimizer and Execution Engine can boost the database's query performance by up to 400 percent.

VMware, Inc. announced the worldwide availability of VMware Fusion 3.1. With more than 20 new features, key highlights of VMware Fusion 3.1 include: faster application launching, improved Windows Aero performance and OpenGL 2.1 support for Windows Vista and Windows 7, a way to bring a customer’s entire PC to a Mac, USB EasyConnect, support for Mac OS X Snow Leopard’s Dock Exposé and support for larger virtual machines. VMware also announced the availability of VMware Workstation 7.1, a personal desktop virtualization tool.
