CA Technologies unveiled the latest version of its infrastructure management solution. CA Infrastructure Management v2.2 features support for Citrix XenDesktop 7, integrates front-end desktop user experience and back-end infrastructure management in its dashboard, and includes predictive monitoring and systems downtime avoidance.

Compushare unveiled its Mobile Device Management Solution. The release is an expansion of its current Total Desktop Management Solution and features password restrictions, application controls and device restrictions.

DataXu unveiled its Algorithm Marketplace, an addition to its enterprise programmatic marketing platform for digital advertising. The Marketplace contains a library of algorithms created in response to clients’ various problems, which tap into attribution and validation models from partners, including Adometry, Nielsen and eXelate; these algorithms can modified to address a business’ unique challenges.  

Dell released the latest edition of its utility toolbox for virtual machine administrators. Foglight for Virtualization, Free Edition 6.5.2 includes Snapshot Explorer, enabling admins to view snapshots on a single screen, and Change Explorer, which tracks all changes in a virtual environment and their associated risk impact. The solution now also supports Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.1, VMware vSphere 5.1 and Microsoft Hyper-V 2012

Egnyte released its Mobile Data Management Suite. Features include a device control panel, local file encryption, two-step login verification and remote wipe of files.

Marble Security unveiled its subscription-based mobile security service. Available for iOS, Android, Mac OS X and Windows, the solution leverages secure virtual network services, risk-based access control and policy-based remediation. 

SiSense unveiled Prism 10X, its data analytics in-memory solution. Licensed on a subscription basis, the release includes a high-performance database with ETL capabilities and visualizations (based on HTML5 and JavaScript), and utilizes CPU, RAM and disk storage. 

Sparta Systems unveiled TrackWise Analytics, its enterprise BI solution for quality management. Released as part of TrackWise 8.5, the solution includes real-time analytics, ad hoc reporting and charting capabilities. 

STORServer announced the latest version of its Virtual Machine Backup software. VMB v.5.0 now integrates IBM Trivoli Storage Manager for Virtual Environments, instantly restores of virtual machine disk volumes via the TSM for VE Recovery Agent GUI and block-level full and incremental backups based on VMware changed block tracking.

Syncsort unveiled two new Hadoop products. DMX-h ETL Edition features an ETL engine that runs natively within MapReduce without the need for coding and includes a library of pre-built templates to accelerate Hadoop ETL implementation. DMX-h Sort Edition enables users to run DMX-h natively within MapReduce, dynamically optimizes CPU and memory utilization, and includes hash aggregations and a no-sort option.

TIBCO released TIBCO Cloud Bus, its subscription-based integration platform as a serve. The solution is compatible with a variety of SaaS applications, including, SAP and TIBCO Formvine; connects to social networks, including Foursquare, Facebook and Instagram; and enables users to manage one or more in-cloud or on-premise environments.

TwinStrata launched CloudArray Disaster Recovery as a Service, a disaster recovery solution for VMware users. Designed for SMBs, CloudArray CRaaS includes on-demand disaster recovery of application and data, 24/7 support and support for SoftLayer Cloud Storage, Google Cloud Storage, Google Durable Reduced Availability, Amazon S3, Amazon RRS and Nirvanix SDN.
