APCON unveiled the latest version of TITAN EP, its multi-switch management system for APCON switches and devices. Compatible with the latest APCON Firmware release, TITAN EP v2.33 features a range of connection configurations between switch ports, real-time status of each switch, customizable manual or automated connection paths, and trunking support. 

Arialytics launched Aria, its scalable enterprise analytics platform for financial managers. Aria features accelerated data creation and modeling, automated and streamlined investment research workflow, data cleaning and parameter calibration. 

Compuware unveiled its application performance management as a service solution, which combines dynaTrace PurePath Technology and the Gomez Performance Network, a user experience management solution. Compuware APMaaS monitors all landing pages, measuring transactions including JavaScript/AJAX page actions, mobile tap and swipe. The solution also features third-party service monitoring (for CDNs, ads, social media, video, etc.) and business impact analysis. 

Dell released the latest version of SharePlex, its data replication solution. SharePlex v8.0 enables customers to replicate Oracle data, using change data capture, to a variety of other databases, including SQL Server, DB2, Teradata, Hadoop and Greenplum. The update addresses auditing and compliance issues and supports Oracle security features, including transparent data encryption and hybrid columnar compression. 

EMC announced two new solutions and services that enable users to move workloads of SAP solutions to private cloud infrastructures. EMC Proven Solution for private cloud computing running SAP solutions maximizes performance and scalability through EMC VAST VP (its automated storage tiering solution), integrates with SAP NetWeaver Landscape Virtualization Management and deploys virtual IT chargeback models. EMC Proven Solution for automated disaster recovery of SAP solutions leverages EMC RecoverPoint with VMware Site Recovery Manager to provide application consistent failover, point-in-time recovery and non-disruptive failover testing. 

Epicor released a mobile version of Epicor Payment Exchange, its payment processing solution. Now available for smart phones and iOS devices, Epicor Payment Exchange now allows Epicor customers to accept credit card payments remotely, can be used with a specially encrypted card reader and enables sales tracking through a secure online portal.

HP announced the latest version of cloud and automation solutions. HP Operations Orchestration 10 supports Amazon S3 Storage, HP ArcSight, HP Fortify, OpenStack and SAP applications. HP Server Automation 10 enables IT to manage more than 100,000 servers from a single dashboard. HP Database and Middleware Automation 10 can automate up to 60 percent of manual administrative database management tasks and releases application code into database and middleware servers, such as DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase and WebSphere. HP Cloud Service Automation 3.2, its cloud management platform, leverages HP OO and HP SA; supports Amazon EC2, HP Cloud Services, KVM OpenStack and Microsoft Hyper-V; and integrates HP Business Service Management, enabling users to manage system and application service performance in private and hybrid cloud environments. 

Oracle unveiled two new and updated releases to its business intelligence lineup. Oracle BI Applications Release features Oracle Data Integrator (its ETL solution), Oracle GoldenGate (its real-time data integration and replication solution) and expanded visualization capabilities. Oracle Indirect Spend Planning, an in-memory planning application for spend analysis and forecasting, monitors and evaluates spending performance, and features Oracle Essbase, which offers a modeling environment for aggregation and calculation.

At its SAPPHIRE NOW event, SAP unveiled a number of solutions and updates, including SAP Mobile Secure, an enterprise mobility management portfolio of security solutions. The portfolio includes SAP Afaria, which provides device security and application management, SAP Mobile App Protection, which is the result of a partnership with mobile security vendor Mocana, and analytic dashboards from SAP BusinessObjects, enabling insight into device compliance and usage. Software AG has made its biggest move into the cloud space with three PaaS offerings that can act as a unified suite. Available now is AgileApps Live, which offers an application creation environment with pre-built features for social network integration and mobile device management. Later this year, Software AG will offer Process Live, an integrated social collaboration network that is compatible with Software AG’s ARIS platform, and Integration Live, a native multi-tenant cloud enterprise service bus, supports public cloud, private cloud and on-premise deployment.
