Actuate Corporation announced the availability of Xenos Enterprise Server 3.0 for output management. New to the updated version are enhancements that address output management processes such as repository management, document storage reduction and performance speed, as well as integration with Actuate’s business intelligence platform, ActuateOne.

Apesoft launched a new dashboard and reporting software, DataCycle Reporting Basic Edition. Capabilities in the software include: combine data from multiple sources into Excel reports and dashboards, centralized Excel automation, scheduled reporting and alerts.

AtomPark Software Company released Atomic Email Studio 8.40, its email marketing software pack. The updated version includes new email creation and management capabilities, and also enables access to email marketing of Web-based services.

Capgemini released a platform as a service solution that combines HP’s Business Decision Appliance with the Social Interaction Platform from IDInteract. Through real-time customer engagement, the combined solution aims to monetize social analytics.

Composite added capabilities and integration to its big data virtualization software. Composite 6 includes integration support for unstructured data for Cloudera Distribution with Apache Hadoop, IBM Netezza and HP Vertica. In addition, the updated version offsets MapReduce coding for Hadoop queries by using a standardized SQL approach.

CTERA Networks added CTERA C800, an 8-bay rackmount appliance, to its range of CTERA Cloud Attached Storage appliances. C800 features up to 24TB of raw local storage capacity, 8 hot-swappable SATA bays and dual hot-swappable power supplies, centralized and remote management, and automated, encrypted cloud backup.

HP released a slate of new cloud delivery solution and services. Among the new releases are: HP CloudSystem, an integrated, open platform for building and managing services across private, public and hybrid environments; HP CloudAgile, a sales and services program that spans HP’s CloudSystem portfolio; and new cloud security tracking with HP Enterprise Cloud Service.

Informatica Corporation updated its data integration platform, Informatica 9.1 Platform. Informatica 9.1 delivers widespread connectivity to large-scale transaction data from traditional databases, to social networking sites and to the Hadoop file system HDFS. Also, the new edition includes architecture for Registry- and Hub-style master data and personalized roles for end users.

Liaison Technologies unveiled an updated version its enterprise data integration solution, Contivo Vocabulary Management Solution. In Contivo VMS version 5.0, new capabilities include the use of data samples as a mapping specification, expanded native extensions for SOA middleware environments, RDBMS support defined in Contivo Builder and used in Analyst, and, for existing Contivo customers, a multi-runtime library kit.

Riverbed Technology introduced three new Riverbed Whitewater cloud storage gateway models. Designed for data protection, Whitewater models 510 and 710 are built for SMBs, while model 2010 is designed for mid-sized enterprises and targeted use cases in large enterprises. Virtual version of the gateways are also available.
