Harland Clarke launched enCompass, a marketing strategy and multi-channel execution program for financial institutions. The solution integrates Harland Financial Solutions’ BI offering with marketing services for capabilities including analytics services, multi-channel integration, customer data analysis, direct marketing design and fulfillment.
Iron Mountain Inc. released enhancements to two components of its Enterprise Discovery Suite. Iron Mountain Legal Discovery 10.0 includes new text analytics and review capabilities, new classification and search capabilities, and unification of documents and legal work into a single repository. Iron Mountain eVantage 2.0 introduces new IT infrastructure deployment, and added Lotus Notes processing and exporting. Both are available as standalone solutions or components of the Enterprise Discovery Suite.
Lister Technologies Inc. introduced the first generation of its Lister HITAM health care business intelligence solution. HITAM is designed to streamline integration of financial, clinical and operational data silos, allow for customizable reports and business performance predictions, and has dashboards designed for all organizational levels.
LogLogic released the latest version of its compliance solution, LogLogic Compliance Manager 2.0. New features in LogLogic Compliance Manager 2.0 include: custom interactive dashboards; support for customizable workflows; support for more compliance regulations; distribution as software only; and remote authentication of user accounts.
Namescape Corporation released upgrades to its flagship identity application product. rDirectory Version 3.0 features enriched cross-browser support, acceleration application development and a new identity application framework.
Oracle introduced the StorageTek T10000C tape drive, its tiered storage solution. Incorporating disk and tape storage, StorageTek T10000C has 5TB native capacity and 240MB per second throughput, and features in-line encryption for data protection and runs with third-party operating systems, products and software.
Revolution Analytics an updated version of its R statistics suite. Revolution R Enterprise 4.2 features, for the first time, capabilities to natively import data from SAS files into the R environment without size limitations, along with new subset commands, direct import of fixed format files, an expanded user documentation, and added support for Linux and Windows.
SenSage Inc. announced the availability of SenSage Version 4.6, its security information and event management system. Features new to the latest version are: third-party reporting and analysis tools; expanded interoperability with other industry APIs; updated analytics installer and log adapters; and updated reporting and caching.
Software Toolbox and development partner Cogent Real-Time Systems released version 7 of Cogent DataHub. Features in the new version include capabilities to switch between redundant OPC servers to store histories of data changes as well as trend graph data point displays. The release also includes the new real-time display application, DataHub WebView.
WANTED Technologies launched WANTED Analytics 3.0. The latest generation of the software as a service platform has new features for detailed insight into U.S. worker supply and demand, and new tools for users to comb websites for potential clients.
Yellowfin released a dedicated Google Android application that gives users capabilities to run and access the company’s reporting and analytics in various locations. Like Yellowfin’s apps for iPhone and iPad, the Android mobile business intelligence app supports device independence and Web-based storage.
