Bentley Systems Inc. announced its first release of eB Insight. The foundation of Bentley’s AssetWise operations information modeling platform, eB Insight features lifecycle information management capabilities for project relationships, system information snap shots, and multi-asset control and segmentation of data.

CA Technologies released ERwin Data Modeler r8. The new version of its data modeling tool includes: drawing tool capabilities in its data model visualizations; a spreadsheet-style bulk editor; auto-layout and themes for data models; full-screen user interface components; and updated support for DB2 z/OS and LUW v9.x platforms.

CHT Global introduced its cloud computing solution, Net2Compute. Net2Compute provides CHT’s customers the ability to self-provision virtual data centers with drag-and-drop options, a Web interface portal, service-level agreement policies, and a multi-tiered quality of service capabilities.

DataCore Software announced the availability of its virtualization software solution, SANsymphony-V. SANsymphony includes: multi-site and bi-directional data recovery management; continuous data protection; infrastructure-wide storage management; and I/O path selection for the quickest application response.

IBM released the latest edition of its GRC platform, OpenPages 6.0. The new edition of OpenPages features on-demand and mobile data access, interactive dashboards, standardization and tracking for internal audits, and communication and adoption of regulatory changes.

InetSoft Technology released a new version of its flagship BI software application, Style Intelligence. Enhancements in the new version of Style Intelligence include dashboard calculation tools, an automatic query trap for handling ad hoc reporting, more flexible administration of nodes in clustered environments, and a developer merging application called Style Studio.

Oracle released a new cloud file system programs that extend pooling and storage capabilities previously only offered for conventional database deployments. The Oracle Cloud File System has two elements: Oracle Automatic Storage Management Cluster File System, a general purpose system for replication and protection; and Oracle Automatic Storage Management Dynamic Volume Manager, a data management and storage component.

Orchestra Networks launched EBX5, an end-to-end, model-driven master data management solution. The Web-based offering enables users to collaborate on a unified platform to access MDM content. Along with EBX5, Orchestra launched MDM solutions for finance and accounting, human resources, and sales and marketing.

Sage North America announced upgrades to Sage ERP Accpac Version 6.0. The ERP release includes: a new Web portal; module locking by fiscal period; embedded business intelligence snapshots; and enhancements to its users interface.
