BlueStripe Software unveiled FactFinder Express, its transaction and distributed application performance monitoring tool. The solution opens up the application layer of the server for IT operations admins without using an application performance management tool. FactFinder Express enables users to view how each distributed application effects historical and real-time resources and performance data (e.g., CPU, memory, disk I/O, etc.), without looking at application code or log files. 

CA Technologies unveiled CA Clarity Playbook, its SaaS technology investment management. Available from a desktop or mobile device, users can define strategic plans, goals and initiatives, leverage information from operational systems, and visualize investment financials in real time. Dell announced Toad Business Intelligence Suite 2.0. This solution now features: expanded heterogeneous data connectivity, with support for Microsoft Analysis Services, Amazon’s DynamoDB and Redshift databases; storyboarding and enhanced visualization; and desktop self-service data integration.

Exablox added two new solutions to its family of storage solutions. OneBlox is a scale-out, object-based NAS that is accessible with Server Message Block and Common Internet System network protocols; the solution features inline deduplication and continuous data protection. OneSystem, a multi-tenant cloud-based management solution, enables users to manage and monitor enterprise storage resources from a single browser.  

GFI announced updated capabilities to its cloud-based platform. GFI Cloud now features patch management functionality, integration with Microsoft products and third-party applications (such as Adobe, Java and Internet browsers) and updated Web-based user interface. 

HP released the latest version of HP WebInspect, its application security solution. HP WebInspect 10.0 now includes Guided Scan, an interactive testing process for analyzing Web applications and JavaScript, enhanced workflow tracking, and integration with third-party application firewalls.

Salesforce.com unveiled Salesforce Social.com, its application that connects social ads with CRM and social listening. The solution enables users to create social ad campaigns on Facebook and Twitter using real-time customer and social listening data; track and analyze metrics with real-time campaign monitoring; and automate spending for social ad campaigns.

SAP unveiled SAP Mobile Analytics, its mobile offering for real-time analytics access. The solution enables access to SAP HANA platforms and SAP BusinessObjects BI solutions, enabling the creation of real-time reports, charts and graphs on their mobile device.

Semarchy launched the latest version of its MDM platform. Semarchy Convergence for MDM 2.1 features an updated user interface, automated ID generation, inline/bulk data validation, and import/export capabilities for Excel and CSV files. 

Serena Software unveiled new capabilities to its Orchestrated IT solutions. Version 4.5 features the self-service provisioning of environments, release automation integration with Windows Azure, VMware ESX/ESXi and Amazon EC2, and trackable business change requests.

Tech Mahindra unveiled two new products at CA World. Its Enterprise Managed Network Service platform, a cloud-based framework for adapting existing enterprise infrastructure, enables integration with new and legacy infrastructure, as well as integrated vendor and tech support, with a pay-as-you-go service model. Its Service Virtualization as a Service offering bundles CA LISA Service Virtualization software with Tech Mahrindra’s professional services in a subscription-based model.
