Operating on the OpenStack Marconi API, HP Cloud Messaging enables users to build more fault-tolerant applications, reduce application downtown and trade information between applications. KnowledgeTree released its Salesforce Enablement Solution. The solution provides relevant collateral for sales executives and account managers, as well as feedback and analytics on marketing efforts.Prognoz unveiled the latest version of its namesake BI platform. Prognoz Platform v7 includes predictive and prescriptive analytics based on scenario approaches; Web capabilities for visual analysis, reporting, modeling and forecasting; and an integrated development environment.STORServer unveiled three cloud-based data backup services. Available to IBM Trivoli Storage Manager and STORServer customers, disaster recovery to a private cloud includes a STORServer Backup Appliance for automated disaster recovery, offering an option for organizations which don’t currently have a disaster recovery solution. Disaster recovery to a public cloud is available for a unit-based monthly or annual service charge, with no hardware required. Backup, archive and disaster recovery to a public cloud is available for a unit-based monthly fee and does not require a TSM or STORServer installation.SumoLogic introduced new capabilities to namesake cloud-based log management and analytics solution. SumoLogic now offer rapid analysis of logs generated by software, platform and IaaS environments (including Amazon S3, Amazon Elastic Beanstalk, Google App Engine and VMware Cloud Foundry); the release also correlates logs with other server, network and virtualization tiers to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis. Symantec updated its Mobile Management Suite. New features include a secure email client for iOS and Android platforms, a single point of entry for multiple apps, SSL policing and URL whitelisting. VMware released the latest version of its enterprise social networking solution.
