Executives looking for ways to maximize the bottom-line impact of their IT departments now have a new resource. Co-Efficiency, LLC is a new boutique consulting firm specializing in improving the value that IT people bring to businesses. The two principals, James D. Roberts and Marjorie Luke, each have over 30 years of experience as chief information officers and management and technology consultants.
"Throughout our careers, we have found that it is the people who create the business value of IT, not the technology. This is something that executives often misunderstand. They invest their resources in the latest technology and overlook the value that their IT people can bring to the table," says Luke. "When businesses integrate the expertise of their IT people into their strategic planning and operations, they deliver products and services more profitably."
