Cartesis, a provider of finance and performance management software, announced results of its latest benchmarking program that reveals breakthrough levels of performance. Performed with Cartesis Finance, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and HP Integrity servers, the testing demonstrated peak performance including more than 1,500 concurrent active users, the first time such levels have been achieved while maintaining real-life system usage.

The testing was conducted by Cartesis in a Microsoft Technology Center on Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and HP Integrity servers. The testing programs simulated real-life usage scenarios and user profiles with the equivalent of six months of actual reporting cycles involving more than 14,000 data submissions and 160,000 input schedules.
