Acronis, a provider of data protection, announced the availability of the new Acronis True Image 2015 family of products – a system backup and data protection solution for personal use. This solution offers full system image backup and dual protection (local and cloud) to multi-platform environments.

Aviso introduced Aviso Insights, a data science solution for enterprises that arms sales teams with powerful predictive tools they need to meet and exceed quarterly targets with confidence. Using machine learning and portfolio management frameworks, Aviso Insights enables sales, finance and business leaders at any time to confidently answer the question: “How’s the quarter going?”

Basho, the creator and developer of the Riak distributed NoSQL database, introduced Riak Enterprise 2.0. This new version significantly improves performance with a complete redesign of Riak Search, integrated with Apache Solr. The release also includes support for new distributed data types, enhanced configuration management and user security to enable faster development and simplified configuration.
