According to a release, Minnesota Life’s producers are using iGO e-App for Advantage Term Elite, Eclipse Indexed Life, Eclipse Protector Indexed Life, and Secure Whole life products in all states except New York and Montana. In an effort to speed activities, data from the iGO e-App is automatically integrated into back-end systems that electronically order underwriting requirements to support its straight-through processing (STP) initiative.
“Minnesota Life is an innovator in the use of STP, and a proactive player in iPipeline’s insurance cloud—the largest exchange in the industry," says iPipeline President Bill Butler. "With the goal of reducing human error and accelerating underwriting activities, it has elected to feed data from iGO e-App directly into its systems. Its unique approach to STP is designed to increase speed to market, simplify the ordering of underwriting requirements and make their products even more attractive to producers. This all drives placement ratio lift,”
“We are pleased to present our career and independent agents with advanced automation designed to accelerate workflows and enrich the producers’ selling experiences,” says Craig Frisvold, VP, Minnesota Life Insurance. “iPipeline’s strategy for STP aligns with our commitment to working smarter, faster and better.”
