September 25, 2008 - Maximizer Software announced the launch of Maximizer CRM Central, an online community for Maximizer’s small to midsized business (SMB) customers, prospects and partners to discuss and share best practices on topics related to Maximizer CRM and Mobile CRM in an online environment.

 

Along with interactive discussion boards devoted to customer relationship management (CRM) topics, Maximizer CRM Central features ratings of message board posts, a feature suggestions board, linking to other contributors, an RSS Feed and a CRM Sandbox, which allows users to share customization code and links to other CRM resources.

 

In addition to the launch of Maximizer CRM Central, Maximizer Software now also provides access to Web 2.0-powered tools within Maximizer CRM that opens the ability to make sales contacts and research prospects through social networking sites, such as LinkedIn and Facebook. Maximizer works with Jigsaw to make it easy to search, select and import user-generated company data for free into Maximizer CRM.
