This week at Oracle OpenWorld London, Oracle detailed the new industry capabilities of Oracle E-Business Suite 11i.10. Scheduled to be available within 60 days, the Oracle E-Business Suite11i.10 will offer significant new industry-specific functionality, extending Oracle's tradition of delivering solutions that meet the unique needs of the business and government sectors it serves.

Oracle E-Business Suite 11i.10 will also include significant new business intelligence capabilities designed to deliver detailed intelligence at a lower cost than traditional intelligence projects. In addition, customers can take advantage of enhanced integration capabilities between Oracle and third-party software that facilitates gradual adoption of Oracle applications and automation across heterogeneous environments.

Oracle E-Business Suite 11i.10 will also feature new capabilities for Oracle Network Lifecycle Management. New Network Logistics features -- including asset handling for internal sales orders, asset deployment/redeployment on HTML workbench and automatic financial updates -- will help service providers increase the return on capital investment by maximizing asset utilization.

With Oracle E-Business Suite 11i.10, Oracle has significantly expanded the capabilities of Oracle Daily Business Intelligence, which will feature 82 percent more reports, 53 percent more key measurements as well as 13 percent more role-specific dashboards.
