Lakeview Technology (Lakeview), a leader in infrastructure software for the information enterprise, announced participation in IBM PartnerWorld Industry Networks, a program that provides independent software vendors (ISVs) with comprehensive go-to-market sales support and technical resources that are specifically tailored to targeted industries. As a premier business partner, Lakeview worked with IBM to optimize its MIMIX information availability solutions for IBM's banking solutions and middleware offerings.

"The banking sector is under intense scrutiny and must adhere to strict policies. They must do this simultaneously while taking care of their valued customers and solving important business challenges," said Buell Duncan, general manager, ISV & Developer Relations, IBM. "The PartnerWorld Banking Industry Networks program gives ISVs the necessary resources and expertise so they can focus on developing dependable, usable solutions that will meet the toughest challenges in the banking industry."

As part of the PartnerWorld Industry Networks, ISVs can team with IBM and bring joint solutions out to market faster and industry-by-industry, reflecting how customers are buying technology today. ISVs who achieve the optimized level have successfully enabled and validated their industry applications on IBM infrastructure software and hardware. IBM has Networks covering eight industries, with plans to introduce more throughout the year.
