April 2, 2008 - ITW Construction Products Ltd selected Maximizer Software’s new mobile-enabled customer relationship management (CRM) system.

 

ITW Construction Product’s can now gain access to their customers, leads, schedules, sales deals and forecasts and service cases through their mobile device, no matter where they may be geographically.

 

“We have built our Maximizer system in small incremental steps and have already seen major benefits. With a number of enterprise-level applications such as increased business intelligence and on demand sales information, Maximizer’s solution is an ideal match for our business,” said. Chris Jones, IS Manager at ITW. “Over the last three months a number of our sales staff have piloted the mobile aspect of Maximizer’s solution and following the launch of Maximizer CRM 10 we have now rolled out the solution to all of our sales force nationally. The availability of Maximizer CRM 10 on our BlackBerry devices provides ITW a significant boost in productivity for our sales team when working away from the office.”
