Ipedo, a leading provider of information integration and intelligence software, announced the EII Challenge, a program designed to demonstrate the power of enterprise information integration (EII) in corporate environments. The EII Challenge offers organizations the chance to experience the benefits of EII with no risk.

To participate in the challenge, qualifying organizations must identify three information sources to be integrated into a single application, and Ipedo will have two days to complete the task. These information sources can be relational databases, messages, XML documents or Web Services and would be combined into a Web application or portal.

The challenge is limited to fifteen organizations. For this limited set of customers, Ipedo will waive its usual professional services fees.

"Ipedo's XML-driven EII capabilities make integration fast and effective," said Nick Zhang, CEO of Ipedo. "With the EII challenge, we're putting our money where our mouth is to prove how quickly we can bring the benefits to companies."

The EII Challenge will utilize the Ipedo XML Intelligence Platform. Designed specifically to reduce cost and complexity of information delivery, the Ipedo XML Intelligence Platform 3.5 features new graphical query and integration tools, the ability to inspect and process content based on rules, and modules that leverage vertical standards to provide developers with faster time to deployment.

The XML Intelligence Platform is a unique combination of information integration and intelligence technology. The software platform uses advanced XML techniques to extract and manage business critical data from disparate data sources, regardless of format. Ipedo's advanced query capabilities provide assembly of intelligent views on integrated data sets for improved decision making.
